Delivery and Collection
We want to make sure you get what you need as soon as possible. You can choose to have it delivered or click and collect from your nearest Plumbing World branch. Orders are fulfilled by Plumbing World branches. As a plumbing merchant, not all items are stocked in-store. In most cases products will be sourced from a trusted supplier when you place an order. If your order is urgent, call the branch to check stock availability before placing it. Because products often need to be sent to a branch we charge an admin/freight fee for Click and Collect items.

Large Item
LeVivi and Toto Large Items are available for Delivery/Click & Collect. Large items are classified as Basins, Toilets, Showers, Baths, Modular Stations, Vanities/storage, Heated Towel Rail, Mirrors, Mirror Cabinets & Laundry Tubs.
Large items are delivered only within 25km from your nearest branch. If you are outside of this range, please contact your local branch to order.

Before you order...
All Click and Collect orders must have the 'My Preferred Branch' field populated, locate this in Register, My Account and Delivery (section in checkout phase).

Upon collection, please acknowledge on your packing slip that you have inspected for damage. If this section is not filled out, you accept responsibility of transporting goods and if damage occurs in transition, Plumbing World accept no responsibility for any damages that occurs.

How much will delivery cost?
For standard items, a $10 NZD flat rate delivery fee will occur (unless specified). Applies to bathroom, kitchen and laundry tapware, bathroom accessories and toilet seats only.
Large item deliveries are made by our branches. Please note: Online order 'Large Item' deliveries are subject to being within 25km of your nearest branch. In the case that you are outside of the perimeter, we will refund your order.
Large Items: $20-100 per item; adding Tapware and Bathroom Accessories to your order will incur no extra delivery costs. Prices and methods are subject to change.
In the occurrence of changing your delivery method after placing an order, this will incur a charge of the difference between the original freight payment and the selected delivery method (with a minimum charge of $50 NZD).
How long are delivery times?
Time frames for Delivery and Click & Collect for Standard items are targeted at 3-10 working days and Large Items may take up to 14 working days. If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can contact your fulfilment branch to get an update on your order. We will liaise with you should any unexpected delays arise.
Delivery Address
We are able to deliver to NZ only. Delivery to islands such as Waiheke & Stewart Island may require extra costs or freight forwarding; place an order and we will be in contact or contact us today. Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to deliver to Private Bags or PO Boxes.
