Plumbing World has taken great care in selecting its LeVivi, TOTO & Sessanta products to be part of our bathroomware range. All products have been manufactured from the finest quality materials and workmanship, and when treated with care, they will last for many years....
Plumbing World stands behind all products and offers warranties on LeVivi, TOTO & Sessanta bathroomware to give you peace of mind that the product you purchased is of high quality, designed and manufactured for its intended purpose. Plumbing World warrants that LeVivi products are free of manufacturing defects or faulty materials for the following set periods, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Product Warranty for LeVivi Range
- ACCESSORIES & TAPWARE
10 year warranty* on chrome accessories, wastes, bottle traps and tapware; 2 year warranty* on coloured chrome finishes. Lifetime warranty* on stainless steel tapware and accessories; 5 year warranty* on PVD coloured stainless steel and ceramic cartridges.
- SHOWER ENCLOSURES
10 year warranty* on acrylic walls, tray, doors and returns. 2 year warranty* on shower seals and black shower doors. 3 years for Nano coating.
- TOILETS & BASINS
10 year warranty* on vitreous china toilets, basins & composite solid surface basins. 5 year warranty* on plastic toilet cisterns and inlet/outlet valves. 2 year warranty* on inlet/outlet valve washers.
- VANITIES & FURNITURE
10 year warranty* on vitreous china, polymarble & composite solid surface tops. 7 year warranty* on all vanity and furniture cabinets.
- BATHS
10 year warranty* on all baths.
*LeVivi products installed in non-residential premises carry a 1 year warranty
Terms and Conditions
In the unlikely event of a fault occurring with your LeVivi product, simply contact your nearest Plumbing World branch with your proof of purchase. They will arrange the necessary inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer or purchaser to ensure that:- The product is not damaged prior to installation.
- The product does not suffer damage during installation.
- Repair or replace the defective LeVivi product or part.
- Pay the cost of repairing the defective product or part.
- Refund the purchase price to the purchaser.
- Make adjustments as required.
- Damage due to accident, improper installation, faulty repairs, alterations or misuse.
- Improper care and use of inappropriate cleaning products.
- If the product is installed, altered or used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was intended.
- Any costs incurred in removing the defective product and installing any replacement product.
Caring for your LeVivi products
VANITIES & FURNITURE
- It is recommended that vanities and bathroom furniture are only cleaned with a soft damp cloth and wiped dry.
- Stubborn spots may be removed with a mild detergent.
- Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents or cleaning alcohol.
- To ensure the long life of the cabinet, water must not be allowed to remain on the cabinet surfaces. Water spillages, leaks or flooding around the cabinet must be sponged off and dried immediately.
- Remove water marks, grease and soap marks/scum with a non-abrasive liquid household cleaner.
- Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents or cleaning alcohol.
- Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
- To remove fine scratches, marks or stains, use a green Scotch-Brite™ (or similar) pad, with a mild abrasive cleaner (eg. Jif).
- Care must be taken to ensure no abrasive cleaners, solvent, citrus based cleaners or cleaning alcohol are used to clean acrylic products.
- Please check labels on cleaning products to ensure it is suitable for use on acrylic.
- To maintain Nano-coating performance, rinse glass with fresh water and wipe dry with towel or glass squeegee after each use. Clean weekly with warm, soapy water and microfibre cloth, rinsing with fresh water and drying as before.
- Wipe gently with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
- Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents or cleaning alcohol.
NB: Acrylic products must not be subjected to water temperatures in excess of 55 C.

10 year warranty on Toto toilets, basins and tapware. 5 year warranty on inlet/outlet valves and tapware cartridges.
- ACCESSORIES
5 year warranty on accessories.
- VANITIES
10 year warranty on vanity tops. 7 year warranty on vanity cabinets, mirror cabinets and storage units.
- NEOREST BIDET
2 year warranty on the Neorest Bidet.
Warranty from the date purchased by the original purchaser. Toto products installed in non-residential premises carry a 1 year warranty.

Caring for your Sessanta products
SOLID SURFACE BASINS, BATHS AND FURNITURE
- Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
- To remove fine scratches, marks or stains, polish with sandpaper working your way from 400 grade (course) to 1200 grade (fine).
- Polish until the scratch disappears then use a mild abrasive cleaner (eg. Jif) and a microfibre cloth to restore to original state.
