The following applies to website orders only. If you have purchased in-store, please contact the branch you ordered from.

Every return requires a completed 'Online Returns Form'. 

RETURN REASONS

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.  If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been sent, the delivery fee will be incurred and a refund of the product only will be processed.

Returning Goods

Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest Plumbing World store.  Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable. Re-stocking fee may apply.

Exchanging Goods

Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. A new order will be created and charged.

Warranties

Plumbing World prides itself on the quality of its product. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you are having an issue with a product, or believe it is faulty, please contact your closest Plumbing World branch and we will assist you through the warranty process.

Where it applies, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Plumbing World Ltd.  In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we stand by our obligation to repair, replace or refund.

Damaged Goods

If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we will ensure your receive a replacement.  Reply to your dispatch email within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times.  The package(s) should be immediately examined upon collection of goods. If damage claim (via online returns form) is not within 24 hours, a re-stocking fee may apply for instances outside of a 24 hour window or decline of return. Requests for complimentary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis.  Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.

Dispatch Error

If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will endeavour to correct this error.  Reply to your dispatch email within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of incorrect goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of supply/dispatch error, pickup address and available times.  Requests for complimentary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis.  Alternatively, return incorrect goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.
