The following applies to website orders only. If you have purchased in-store, please contact the branch you ordered from.

Every return requires a completed 'Online Returns Form'. 

RETURN REASONS

Cancelling your order

Where your order hasn’t been processed fully and/or is a simple credit, a full refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 4-11 working days to be processed by your bank and appear in your account.
In the case that the product has been ordered in from a supplier and we have received it this causes significant inconvenience & expense to the company should you decide to cancel, where product(s) are returnable to the supplier, a restocking fee or freight charge, may be incurred from the supplier. This fee is passed on to you (the customer). Standard charges are 25% but may change at the supplier's discretion.

Returning Goods

Plumbing World accepts returns within 30 days if the goods are in their original, saleable condition, including the original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and purchase receipts either via tracked courier or to your nearest Plumbing World Branch. Refunds will be issued for the product only; no refund of delivery fees is applicable. Re-stocking fee may apply.

Exchanging Goods

Returned products will be refunded upon receipt, and a new order will be created either in-store or online, requiring payment. A member of the Plumbing World team will contact you regarding your exchange order.

Warranties

Plumbing World prides itself on the quality of its product. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you are having an issue with a product, or believe it is faulty, please contact your closest Plumbing World branch and we will assist you through the warranty process.

Where it applies, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Plumbing World Ltd.  In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we stand by our obligation to repair, replace or refund.

Damaged Goods

If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we will ensure you receive a replacement. Fill out the Online Returns Form, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage. Package(s) should be immediately examined upon receipt of goods. Click and Collect orders require a check of goods before goods leave the store, if the damaged occurred during the commute to your destination after collection you will be liable. Faulty/damage goods can be returned to your nearest Plumbing World.

Dispatch Error

If we have sent you an incorrect product or missing items, we will endeavour to correct this error.  Fill out the Online Returns Form.  Return incorrect goods to your nearest Plumbing World.
