It’s important to Plumbing World that the delivery of your new products is as exciting as choosing them was. We partner with delivery companies that understand that the delivery process is an important part of the journey.

How much will delivery Cost?

For items purchased online, a $10 NZD flat rate delivery fee will occur (unless specified). Applies to bathroom, kitchen and laundry tapware, bathroom accessories and toilet seats only.

We're slowly introducing Bulk Deliveries, Bulk 1: $100 per item; adding purchasable Tapware and Bathroom Accessories to your order will incur no extra delivery costs. Prices and methods are subject to change. 

How long are delivery times?

To assist with the transition to Level 2, standard delivery times are targeted at 5-7 working days and Bulk Items may take up to 10 working days. If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Plumbing World account. We will liaise with you should any unexpected delays arise.

Delivery Address

We are able to deliver to New Zealand only. Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to delivery to Private Bags or PO Boxes.  All deliveries are sent tracked.
