This looks very much like the tap I had installed during lockdown, the first one leaked out of the join when I would lift the lever had tap replaced with a new one still leaked out of same place and a piece of tap came out from inside of tap now another crome piece has come off end of tap so back to get plumber to put in a new one, not this variety tho and maybe a different make. I would rate this tap a zero.
