I had two of these installed in my house and both handpieces started leaking from the base after only a few months. I got one replaced under warranty and that new one started leaking after only one month! Reppaced them with a cheaper other brand which have had no issues.

Reply: Thank you for this feedback. Our LeVivi tapware is covered with a 10 year warranty and this range is suitable for mains pressure water systems only. This is a popular slide shower range and we have not had a recurring issue with the model. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback that we will further investigate.
