Design is good but quality of ceramic not good, rough surface doesn't clean well

Reply: Thank you for the feedback. This is a glazed vitreous china product and therefore should have a smooth surface. Please contact your local Plumbing World with photos of the issue so that they can commence a warranty investigation.
