Good sturdy mirror cabinet. One locking screw missing on rear however. Noticed when marking out for mounting holes. Person installing them must have been half asleep

Reply: We are sorry to hear about this. Our products are subject to quality control but it seems that this cabinet must have escaped notice. Please contact your local Plumbing World branch if you require further attention to this matter. The cabinet is covered with a 7 year warranty.

The tiler used water to wipe down the new tiles and this caused the corners of the cabinet to swell and damage the laminate. The board behaved like chipboard. This was in our new unfinished $35,000 bathroom. I think describing the board as ‘natural grain board’ can be misleading. I would have happily paid the $4 extra it would have taken to use a board more suited to wet areas. But that was not an option.
