As noted by others, the flushing action and bowl design are very weak and poor. Additionally, the parts that attach the seat to the bowl as very rickety, resulting in a wobbly seat which is often in the wrong position and becomes detached. A scratch or crack has also appeared on the bowl despite nothing having been dropped in there. I never knew there could be so many bad things about a toilet until we got this one.

Reply: We are sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with the LeVivi Marbella toilet. This is our most popular toilet and your experience is highly unusual. I suggest you contact the local Plumbing World branch to raise a warranty claim in relation to the crack that has developed. They will require information about the invoice number, date and photos of the crack. With regards to the flushing, all LeVivi toilets are Watermark compliant which means they have passed waste-clearing flush tests (an Australasian test). Modern toilets require that the toilet is connected to waste pipes of the correct diameter (100mm) for the proper clearance so please check that this is the case in your property. It is possible to increase the volume of the flush to help compensate for a 80mm waste pipe, or for a "puffer valve" to be added to the pipework to facilitate clearance. You can discuss these options with your plumber. With regards to the seat, it is likely the seat has not been installed correctly or the fittings have worked lose. Discuss this with your local Plumbing World branch.

Elegant style but Poor flush flow, especially from the left and right side of the bowl. Does not lift off the debris in a single flush. Not recommended and unhappy with the purchase

I bought rimmed as rimless was on backorder and maybe its just the rimmed version but not happy with it. Very weak flushing action in bowl just seems to dump the small amount of water held in top tank into bowl without creating twirl to clean bowl and wont remove heavy load, and very low water level left in bowl after flush. The shelf design and low water in bowl means you basically going directly onto bowl and not water. I wish I had known before buying it.
