I love this tool. It’s robust enough to handle stubborn lumpies but gentle enough not to scratch your surfaces. Being plastic it’s safe enough to let the kids use it to help, plus you know you’re not going to damage the cooktop or your countertop or cupboard door surfaces. I highly recommend.
