This is one of the best toilets on the market. Its because it attaches to most plumbing with out altering the piping so cheaper to install. It has a back entry for the water also so hiding all the connections is great. Nothing to clean there. Back to wall also no horrible outlet to clean also. Cant beat it.

We installed this toilet in our ensuite about 6 months ago. It is really great and looks awesome :) We will definitely be getting another one.

We regularly install this toilet suite, its value for money, easy to install in a range of existing plumbing configurations & looks great with its clean lines, hard seat & stainless steel hinges. Peter Jackson - Jackson Plumbing.

This is a massive upgrade to our old crappy toilet (excuse the pun). We love the soft close seat! The showroom person helped us choose at our consultation which was very helpful. No issues! Great product!

Reply: Good pun Sam... Good pun!

We have two of these and they have silver plastic buttons that cover the holes at the base of the toilet - these continually fall out and the only way to keep them in is super glue (which now looks messy). Have no idea what the buttons and holes are for but I’d recommended choosing one without them.

Reply: Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with this aspect of your Brooklyn toilet suite. The holes you are referring to are the points through which the plumber screws the pan into the floor. A “bung” is then pushed through this hole and the silver caps are used to cover the end of the cap. The bung holds the cap in place. All pans have these fixing points. It would seem that in your instance, the plumber has not used fixings for the pan (which were supplied with the pan at purchase) but rather has fixed the pan to the floor using silicone. In these situations, the plumber then usually fixes the cap cover in place with silicone also. It may be possible that not enough silicone was used at installation. Instead of superglue, clear silicone can be used which is probably easier to clean off or remove than the super glue you referred to. I hope that you have found the rest of the suite’s performance has been more than satisfactory. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact your local Plumbing World branch.
