Plumbing World is the major trading division of the NZPM Group, a Cooperative of companies owned by hundreds of plumbers, drainlayers, gasfitters, roofers and allied tradesmen nationwide.  With branches nationwide from Kerikeri to Invercargill, Plumbing World has grown to become the largest 100% New Zealand owned national plumbing merchant, supplying everything from basic trade products to top fashion bathroom fittings.  Along the way, Plumbing World has gained an enviable reputation as the bathroom, laundry, kitchen and heating specialists.  Coupled with being the only 100% New Zealand owned national plumbing merchant with true bulk purchasing capabilities and offering a profitable return on investment, it’s no wonder that NZPM Group’s shareholder numbers are increasing annually.

The NZPM Group consists of Plumbing World, Patton Limited, MCD, Plumbing World Properties, and Metrix while it has shares in Aquatherm and CMS Ltd.

To become an ordinary shareholder the NZPM Group requires all applicants to be a qualified craftsman plumber, gasfitter and/or registered drainlayer, or allied tradesman and the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares at $1 each. These can be paid for at a minimum of $100 per month. All ordinary shareholders, regardless of how many shares they own, receive: one vote, annual rebates based entirely on their level of purchases with Plumbing World, along with their promptness of payment and annual dividends based on NZPM Group net profit for the year.

Sharing in the profits through rebates and dividends are just two of the benefits shareholders enjoy; there are many others.
