Plumbing World’s General Manager is Rob Kidd. Rob took up the role in mid-July 2011, having previously been General Manager at James Hardie since 2005, after holding a number of other international roles within James Hardie since 1996. He is also a Director on the Board of Building Research Association of NZ Inc and Ltd.
Rob is results focused and thrives on growing businesses on both the top and bottom lines. Rob has a Bachelor of Commerce from Lincoln University has completed a Marketing short-course at one of the world’s leading business schools, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA.

Marketing Manager Sarah Barwick, began her career with Plumbing World in 1999 from a previous position in the Gas Industry. Sarah has been Marketing Manager since 2006 and also manages our Overseas Trips Programme. Sarah leads and enables her team so that they can deliver outstanding customer experiences every day, every time, every transaction. Sarah is very passionate about the Plumbing World brand and likes to ensure it is always represented well in the marketplace. She has helped create its development to where it is today.

National Operations Manager, Mike Dyer is based in Palmerston North. He joined Plumbing World in 2000 as Assistant Branch Manager in Tauranga before taking on several Branch and Area Management roles in various parts of the country. In 2006 Mike joined the Senior Executive Team and has responsibility for the operation of the branch network and the Auckland based logistics center. Customer service is a real passion and he sees his role as making decisions that allow the branches to deliver what the tradesmen need at the counter. Outside of work Mike has a young family and spends his free time enjoying watching their activities and development.

Prior to coming to Plumbing World in Palmerston North as the Human Resources Manager in 2002, Tania Yorwarth had some tough roles in the public sector at both the Corrections Department and Inland Revenue. Tania sees people as one of our most valuable assets and her Human Resources team works hard at effectively balancing the people and business needs. Tania is also interested in racing and motorsports.

Graeme Bull, is our Chief Accountant. Very keen on sport, in particular cycling and rugby refereeing, and is frequently seen on the rugby paddock on a Saturday with his whistle in his hand. Graeme started at Plumbing World in December 1999 and had previous Accounting roles at Enerco Gas and Tui Milk Products Ltd (prior to the Fonterra mega merger).

Strategic Procurement Manager Garry Rosenberg is a Craftsman Certifying Plumber by trade with a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies and over 30 years experience in the Plumbing Industry. Garry joined NZPM in 2003 as General Manager for MCD LTD and is now, within his dual role, involved in supplier negotiations in all areas of procurement. On a personal note Garry is married with 3 children, who are involved in the building industry, Law and the travel industry.
